You can go inside the Wailing Caverns or around the entrance. Note that most mobs around you are level 14-20. Start fishing. Every so often, you'll find Deviate fish. If you see pools, aim for them. Depending on the rate you get them, the amount of money you'll make depends.

This is not the optimal fishing powerleveling. This is, in my opinion, the most rewarding way to fish. It took me about a day and a half to get to a 225 fishing skill, meanwhile making around 50g at level 29. We also did not have the recipe, so your profits may be higher. Prices depend on servers. Generally, you can sell a stack of deviate fish for 10g. If you cook them, the stack can go for 20g. Check your Auction House daily for a good price.

This is a great option for twinks as they can get a good amount of money and qualify for the fishing tournament every Sunday at 2:00pm server time. You will spend 13 hrs 12 min fishing..assuming your quick never miss a fish and are quick to lure. this equals 2775 fish for full level. so best bet to all to level fish in the barrens and pick up Deviate Fish for Savory deviate delight or Elixer of Giant growth! who knows while killing u might get Recipe: Savory Deviate Delight
